Daniela G. Sanchez
Hi there! My name is Daniela and I graduated from Stetson University College of Law in May 2010. During my law studies, I focused my curriculum on Elder Law and Estate Planning. As a result, I graduated with a Certificate of Concentration in Elder Law. Before that, I attended Florida International University and graduated in 2007 with a major in Art History and a minor in English. During my last year of Law School, I worked with a well-established elder law firm in St. Petersburg, Florida. While working at the elder law firm, I learned all about estate planning, later-life planning, Medicaid planning, incapacity planning, asset protection, and Trusts. Additionally, I interned with a guardianship Magistrate at the Thirteenth Circuit Court in Tampa, Florida during the fall of 2009. At the internship I observed and worked with minor guardianships, guardian advocates, and adult incapacity guardianships. Overall, I am excited to embark on my new journey here at The Sanchez Law Group and look forward to serving all of you and your family's estate planning and elder law needs.
